Return policy
- We will gladly accept good returns, provided they are unused and in resalable condition. Any disputes on items must be reported to us within 3 days of arrival.
- If you need to return goods to us, please contact us first.
- We may accept video evidence to avoid this at our discretion.
- Returns will be credited (if in good condition) less a 25% restocking fee and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- If you have a VAT, Siret, Sirin or EORI number, refunds and exchanges will be carried out with pleasure, otherwise nothing will be accepted!
- Orders placed with a promo code are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
